Mission
The primary objectives and purposes of The Friends of the Healdsburg Farmers’ Market are:
-to educate the public about the importance of local, sustainable agriculture by creating and distributing brochures, newsletters, and newspaper columns,
-to educate the public about the health benefits of fresh, local, seasonal produce through activities such as special events and cooking demonstrations,
-to provide a permanent location and facilities for others to promote local, sustainable agriculture,
-to expand outreach and collaboration with other agricultural and health related nonprofit organizations in northern Sonoma County.
